Welcome to Oracle Journal, a digital oracle journaling app created by Cherche La Beauté UK LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oracle Journal mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use the App

Oracle Journal is intended for users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the app where legally required.

2. Accounts and User Data

To access the full features of Oracle Journal, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

We collect and store:

  • Your name or pseudonym
  • Your email address
  • App usage data for analytics

We use this information to personalise your experience and improve the app. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Free Trial and One-Time Payment

Oracle Journal offers a 15-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access to all features requires a one-time payment of £44 (or the local equivalent).

If you choose not to purchase full access after the trial ends, you will retain the ability to view and read your existing journal entries. However, creating new entries, editing existing readings, or modifying folders will be disabled until full access is purchased.

This is a non-refundable payment unless required by local consumer protection laws.

4. Affiliate Links

The app may include links to products or services through affiliate programmes. If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

5. User Content

You may create and store personal content within the app. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership, and we do not access or share your journal entries unless required by law.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the app.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
  • Attempt to access other users’ data
  • Distribute malware or attempt to reverse engineer the app

7. Third-Party Services

Oracle Journal is built using Adalo and uses analytics tools provided by Adalo and Mixpanel. These tools help us understand how the app is used so we can improve features and user experience.

By using the app, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of both Adalo and Mixpanel.

8. Disclaimer

Oracle Journal is a tool for personal reflection and spiritual exploration. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including mental health, medical, legal, or financial guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Cherche La Beauté UK LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
